COVID-19 Information and Procedures

• All booking and release forms are completely online. Here are links to the New Client Release form and Returning Client Release form on our website. You must complete one of these release forms before your cat is dropped off.

 

• All kitties must be dropped off and picked up curbside when they are done.

• Please text me when you arrive and I will come right out to receive your kitty at the curb. I and possibly my assistant will be the only ones in contact with your kitty. Upon leaving, I will bring your kitty back out to the curb.

 

• For completely contactless payment, I am only accepting e-Transfer and cash at this time.

 

• I use a disinfectant for surfaces and tools between each kitty and I am vigilant about hand washing. I use Barbicide and Barbicide Plus disinfectant on all my tools. Barbicide Plus is hospital grade and even kills HIV and tuberculosis. I have always used bleach for washing all towels and smocks, and I use a fresh one for each kitty.

• I will not allow anyone into my home and I will not retrieve or place your kennel in your vehicle. All transactions must be completed on the sidewalk.

If anyone in your household is ill, or in self-isolation for possible exposure, please postpone making an appointment, and if you have an existing appointment, please reschedule it.

We believe it is important to do everything possible to minimize risk of COVID-19 exposure and follow the latest rules as required by the Government of Alberta.
